1. If the building accommodates more than one occupancy, the building shall be considered under the most restrictive occupancy. 2. Where ever parking space is required as per these rules, necessary drive way shall be provided. 3. For buildings above 10m hight, additional set back @ 0.5m for every 3m or fraction therof shall be provided at the ground level or at the corresponding floor level. 4. 50% of the mandatory open space can be used for vehicle parking if it is feasible, and necessary two wheeler parking as per rules have to be provided. In category II panchayats, 75% of the parking required as per these rules are required. 5. NOC from the PCB shall be obtained as per norms prescribed by the State Pollution Control Board. 6. Only those applications conforming the provisions of these rules shall be forwarded to the DTP/CTP with specific recommendation of the Secretary as per rule 7(10). 7. Provision for solar assisted water heating shall be provided for single family residential building exceeding 400m2 built up area. * The minimum width of access for any new Group B educational building is limited to 5m as per vth proviso under table 3.2. ** The minimum width of access for automobile wash stalls and service garrage with repairing facilities shall be 7m. # The access for vaults and crematoria or burial ground shall not be less than 3m. |
