ദിനം പ്രതി വിവിധ വിഷയങ്ങളെ സംബന്ധിച്ച് ധാരാളം  സംവാദങ്ങള്‍ അനൌദ്യോഗികമായി നടക്കുന്നുണ്ട് . ടി വിഷയങ്ങളില്‍ പലതും കൂട്ടായ ആശയവിനിമയത്തിലൂടെ പരിഹരിക്കാന്‍ കഴിയുന്നവയുമാണ്‌. ഈ രീതിയില്‍ വകുപ്പിന്‍റെ പ്രത്യേക   ശ്രദ്ധ വേണ്ട കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ ഈ ബ്ലോഗിലൂടെ ആര്‍ക്കും അവതരിപ്പിക്കാം . 

All of you might have received the letter from Director of Panchayats regarding DDPs/ADPs conference scheduled on 20.07.2017. In the letter it is stated that the MIS Specialists should ensure accuracy of the reports submitted for the conference. All of you are requested to share your thoughts on how you will ensure the accuracy of the data collected from GPs. You may also state the issues/challenges faced for collecting the data and suggestions for improving the system for collecting various data from the GPs. 

Now, as the plan approval by DPCs are almost over, next important phase is vetting of the projects. As all of you know, simple projects such as remittance of panchayat share to CSS etc; does not need project vetting. For other projects vetting shall be done as provided in the Plan Guidelines. So GPs can start implementation of simple projects and vetting of other projects. All MIS Specialists are requested to update the status of vetting in their districts by week end and give their comments and suggestions  on the process of vetting.

Almost all Grama Panachayats and  District Panchayats have  now got their plans for the year 2017-18 approved. Comparing to earlier years,this year the plans were approved quite earlier.This will result in more time for the panchayats for implementation of their plan. All MIS Specialists of RGSA  are  requested to provide the status of plan approval of their districts ,share their experience in the process of plan preparation and approval and give their comments and suggestions for improving the system for  Plan Preparation and Approval.
